Product Marketing Manager Diagnostic Services (m/f)
Your Tasks:
In this global position you will be responsible to create, develop and direct the implementation of business strategies, marketing and action plans that deliver growth in value-added diagnostic services for our customer in the commercial vehicle aftermarket. This means in detail:
• Define and execute studies with the Aftermarket Team, Business Unit Product Marketing teams and Product Development regarding
o diagnostic services market structure and requirements
o development roadmaps and global customer requirements
o distribution structure and requirements
o consumer and customer segmentation and needs
o customer value propositions
o customer satisfaction
o competition
• Utilize voice of the customer for definition of new diagnostic services and related solutions
• Continue the extension of current custom product and system-based diagnostic tools and solutions
• Develop and introduce new diagnostic service solutions beyond the present custom portfolio
• Establish business plans
• Lead and manage diagnostic services development with dedicated project leaders from inception until release to the market
• Identify the Service Center, theService Point and Distribution network needs as well as sales and use of diagnostic tools and related services
• Full alignment with Product Business Units to synchronize market launch of new sytems with availability of aftermarket diagnostic solutions
• Budgeting resources and investment needs plus monitoring and reporting
• Define, manage and develop the skill-set for the new organization
Your Profile:
• Degree in marketing desirable, technical background is a plus
• 4-6 years profesional experience in an international service marketing or aftermarket environment
• Knowledge of commercial vehicle and trailer industry is a plus
• Six Sigma experience desirable; certified Green Belt is a plus
• Strategic thinking and business acumen
• Customer focused and results oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Leadership and team management competence
• Proven ability to work in matrix organization, comfortable with fluid roles
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong English skills (German is a plus)
