Our client is a global supplier of automotive systems with more than 6.000 employees. To fill a new position in their HR Group near Freiburg we are seeking the

HR Specialist International Mobility (m/f)
(Kennziffer: Pb511-34)

Location: Greater Freiburg area

Job Tasks:

•Development, implementation and worldwide coordination as well as running actualization of corporate guidelines and our assignment policy for the international mobility of our employees
•Coordination and handling of worldwide assignment (Temporary delegations, shortterm & longterm assignments, Inbounds, Outbounds, Third Contry Transfers)
•Supporting the recruitment and selection of employees for international assignments
•Assistance, negotiation and consultancy of the expatriats in all questions of the assignment
•Contractual handling of the assignment and ensurance of the compliance of legal regulations, which are connected to the international assignment (labour laws, rights of redidence an work permit, taxation laws, rules for income tax, social security legislations)
•Assistance to the handling of the payroll of expatriats/ impatriats and supporting the local HR-collegues for questions belonging to international assignments
•Cooperation with service providers as tax consultants, moving companies, social insurance agencies, training partners, relocation provider
•Assistance in interrelated projects


Special Knowledge/ Experiences and Educational Background:

•Academic studies in economic sciences wiht focus on Human Recources Management of similar professional education with profund work experience in an international environment
•Well-founded work experience with international transfers and the support of the employees with international assignments
•Good knowledge in the relevant legal rules and regulations (labour laws, rights of residence and work permits, taxation laws, rules for income tax, social security legislations)
•Very good command of English and German, further command of languages are preferable (for example Spanish)
•Good computer-skills (MS Office, SAP R/3 modul HR)
•Communicative strength and intercultural competence as well as good organizing ability
•Independent, goal-oriented and well-structured method of operation
•You have pleasure in working with people, you are a teamplayer, self confident, service-based and able to work under pressure
